Great app and service
I have been using the app for several months, the team was always very responsive and helpful, all my questions and issues were always solved asap. Also, the App itself has a very nice UI! And, one of the most important aspects of course - prices, esp for the monthly subscription, are very good for Amsterdam. I was using monthly subscription and it was the best price I was able to find in Adam.

Schaamteloze data dieven
Ik heb deze app verplicht moeten installeren om een eigen auto weer terug van het parkeerterrein te kunnen krijgen. als je het parkeerterrein oprijdt wordt met een QR-code gesuggereerd dat je gewoon per QR kunt betalen.pas bij uitrijden blijkt dat je daarvoor verplicht de Vicky app moet installeren. die vervolgens schaamteloos je naam en mailadres wil weten en ook toegang claimt tot je Bluetooth en je locatie. Hoezo dan??? Dat de GDPR wetgeving ze verbiedt om meer data te verzamelen dan nodig is voor deze betaling is voor dit bedrijf kennelijk geen relevante beperking. Smakeloos. Nu maar wachten op alle k*-spam die ik ga ontvangen.

Beste, dank voor je eerlijke review. Jammer om te lezen dat uw parkeeractie met onze app niet naar wens is geweest. Uitrijden zou altijd moeten kunnen middels een uitrij QR-code op de locatie. De data die we eventueel opvragen is enkel en alleen onze parkeerplaats aanbieders die hun afgesloten parkeerterrein openstellen aan onze community, zodat u daar voor een goedkopere prijs kunt parkeren. Bluetooth en uw locatie gebruiken we om de slagboom te openen. De minimale gegevens die we vragen worden voor niets anders gebruikt dan dat.
