Complete trash

Does not work anymore - can’t even log in.

Have been emailing with support for a month now and the latest advice is “Log out and then log back in”. How do I log out if I can’t log in?

Everything does not work

Messages sent via Messenger, all said uninstalled and installed app, done that upteen times… still not getting through. Try FB to comment and it says I am being blocked 😡. Officer in charge or helpdesk did not even give me why reasons of being blocked. Now trying to sent email to tnbcareline as the app does not allow me to sent messages as they cannot see the QR code that it states on my bills. All is great that we your customer is important but why not assist and not make me feel like being waved away. I am now asking my daughter in Penang to go to your kedai, imagine the lengths I take. Now I am certainly very upset

Invoice printing needs improvement

Reasonably simple app once you have added your personal data.
Printing of an invoice needs improvement. Now you get 3 pages with large fonts. This needs to be changed to one page only
