This app does all you need to get more in touch with your cycles. Never thought that at the age of 34 I would finally really get what is happening and also grow a bigger understanding of how it affects me on my daily life state if being. I will offer this app to all my friends and most of all to my dear daughters, as I think it's a very valuable asset to help understand ones own body and energy. So happy this is here.

This app is so helpful in getting insight in your cycle! It's easy to use and very clear on how you're supposed to put in data so the algorithm can get to know you.It's a little getting used to to measure your temperature and to do it as regularly and accurate as possible but if you do it works perfectly!I'd recommend this app to anyone!
