Keyboard doesn’t even show any alphabets

Just bought this keyboard and all i get is a grey screen. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Quick message missing

I bought this app due to the quick message ex. how are you doing, good evening etc. But recently the quick message has disappeared from the keyboard. Can this option come back?

Other than this, it’s a great keyboard for typin twi. I am grateful for it.
