The Nmbrs ESS app is the mobile version of your Employee Self Service (ESS).
With this app, you always have access to your payslips, leave requests, expense declarations and more. What can you do:

"We used to say, '24/7 access to all your pay slips and annual statements.' But where do you find those annual statements again?! That and more have been updated in this update. Under 'Salary,' you will now find not only a section for your pay slips (per period) but also the pay slips per payment, and the annual statements per year. Much easier to find!
In addition to the major update for pay slips, we have also upgraded the expense claim form, making it even easier to submit multiple claims at once.“

Niet kunnen inloggen
Ik was ineens uitgelogd en nu kom ik er met geen mogelijkheid in. Mijn Face ID doet het maar daarna geeft die een fout melding terwijl alles klopt
Sluit steeds af
Na de update van 26-09 sluit de app steeds af als ik mijn loonstroken wil bekijken
Inmiddels 27-09 een nieuwe update gehad waardoor het probleem weer verholpen was

Dank voor je feedback en vervelend dat je dit ervaart. Zou je contact op kunnen nemen met je werkgever om je account te laten resetten ?

Onvolledig
Als ik in de app zoek naar mijn documenten, kan ik die niet vinden. Ook de taken, een te tekenen document, staat er niet in. Ook kan ik niet switchen van de ene naar de andere account. Door verandering van filiaal heb ik nl. 2 accounts. Dus moet ik op mijn laptop alles regelen, en kan ik in de app niets regelen. Ik kan alleen loonstroken bekijken en uitprinten, en een nieuwe declaratie indienen.

Het is afhankelijk hoe de werkgever of accountant dit heeft ingericht of dit beschikbaar is gesteld. Dit staat los van de functionaliteiten van de mobiele app. Wat er beschikbaar wordt gesteld is niet aan ons, maar aan werkgever of accountant.
Dat er qua verschillende accounts, geen makkelijke methode is in de mobiele app, klopt.
