Create your own port base and it’s defense with minefields, turrets, blocks and cannons, so that other players don’t raid it to the ground!

How to make player level up?

The game was fun, I purchased some package but now I am stuck at level 2 player because whatever I did the bar of player level never increase. HEEEEELP!
