Having served more than 12,500 emergencies with an average response time of under 10 minutes, we began as a platform focused on helping organizations respond to their emergencies.
We now offer a suite of safety solutions including:
- an intelligent emergency platform for organizations,
- a personal safety app for individuals, and
- industry-specific safety devices.
We have partnered with over 850 organizations and co-developed a safety culture to ensure customized protection across diverse industries. Omnipolis also offers a state-of-the-art emergency hotline service connected to a central monitoring system located in Hyderabad and is approved by the Department of Information Technology and Communication and by the Government of Telangana.
Our Emergency Command Center is also integrated with the local police control room, fire departments and ambulance services. This allows us to have the team nearest to your location, respond immediately. Manned by expert and empathetic professionals we ensure speedy response, round the clock and get help to reach the scene within minutes of a real emergency being triggered as well as regularly updates your friends and family of the situation, in real time.
This service is currently limited to a few states, and is expanding pan-India. We are growing our geographic coverage to improve the overall safety fabric of India.
