How the subscription works:
• OnlinePianist is an auto-renewing subscription service
• Subscriptions are annual ($59.99), six months($41.99) or three months($29.99).
• Every subscription period includes access to all player features and songs.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Leuke app, maar klein nadeel
Het is een erg leuke app, alleen vind ik het jammer dat je met de free-versie wanneer je na 3 dagen een beloning krijgt niet uit ALLE liedjes kan kiezen, maar uit maar een paar. Ik hoop dat de makers van deze app hier iets mee doen.

Hoewel het een beetje vervelend is om voor je favoriete nummers te betalen, proberen we de prijzen betaalbaar te houden in vergelijking met andere vergelijkbare apps. Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een app van goede kwaliteit vereist veel middelen en het volledig gratis maken van de app staat het gewoon niet toe.
Naast het gratis nummer voor elke 3 opeenvolgende bezoeken, hebben we ook een hele categorie GRATIS nummers (meestal klassiek) die je kunt gebruiken.
Dat gezegd hebbende, willen we je graag 2 van je favoriete nummers geven, zonder extra kosten, zodat je de app goed kunt verkennen.
Reageer gewoon op onze klantenservice (contact@onlinepianist.com) met de naam van de nummers en we zullen ze aan je songbook toevoegen 🙂

Premium lid
Ik kreeg vorig jaar van mijn ouders een jaar abonnement als cadeautje, deze liep afgelopen juni af. Ik kreeg een email om een aantal vragen te beantwoorden over de app als premium lid, dit ook gedaan. Wat ik normaal gesproken niet doe, toch enorm blij dat ik de tijd even heb genomen de korte survey in te hebben gevuld. Ik kreeg per email namelijk een reactie dat door de antwoorden die ik heb gegeven, zij mij nog een jaar premium lid hebben gemaakt geheel kosteloos. Ik stond echt sprakeloos te staren naar mijn iPad en opende meteen de app om te checken of het echt zo was en ja hoor, ik was inderdaad weer geüpgraded naar premium voor een heel jaar!! Echt fantastisch

The library of songs may be big but you can’t do anything with it without premium. I want to play my favorite songs but I have to pay for a piano app I’m never going to use.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Eventhough it's a bit annoying to pay for your favorite songs, we do try keep the prices affordable compared to other similar apps. Developing and maintaining a a good quality app requires a lot of resources and making the app completely free will simply won't allow it. In addition, we offer a "basic user" option. If you choose this method, with every 3 consecutive visits in the app, you will get one free song out of 9 random songs the app will offer you.
We also have an entire category of FREE songs (mostly classic) that you can use.
With that being said, we would like to give you few of your favorite songs, with no extra charge, so you could give the app a second try.
Simply reply back to contact@onlinepianist.com with your user ID (appears at the bottom of your profile section) and the name of the songs and we will add them to your songbook 🙂
