You want it to be safe; It is about personal information from you and from your clients.
You are probably used of get a text message when you try to log in to the Employee Portal at home; But SMS messages have a number of disadvantages, your phone must be reachable and the message does not always arrive as quickly as it should.
The Toegangscode app provides an alternative to those SMS messages. Once you have installed this app and linked through the Employee Portal, you can log in to the our services using a code that is shown in the app. You will not receive SMS messages anymore. The app allows you to retrieve a new code directly and as often as you like, and it works even if your phone is offline.
The Toegangscode app also provides a platform for exhibiting art. The app's background shows different paintings made by clients of healthcare organisations every day. If you want to know more about the artist then you can tap the artist's name at the bottom of the screen. You will then get information about the artist and you can fully see the painting.

Verificatie
Telkens je pin invoeren voor een code wordt irritant. Mijn telefoon is toch al beveiligd met pin of touchID?
Mijn werkgever kiest ervoor mij te verplichten mijn privételefoon te gebruiken bij de verificatie. Ik kies natuurlijk voor de pin van mijn telefoon om dit te doen. Het moet nl. werkbaar blijven. Dus dit gedoe is voor mij een farce. Maar jullie kunnen hierdoor zeggen dat je voldoende verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
Ik moet nu bij elke dienst 2x een 3-traps verificatie doorlopen, 1x voor de pc laag; 1x voor de tablets.

Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen zijn de iOS apps zo aangepast dat bij het opstarten van de app en na een update altijd om een code zal worden gevraagd. Als na het opstarten de app op de achtergrond open blijft en na langer dan 15 minuten weer wordt benaderd kan ook gebruik worden gemaakt van vingerafdruk- of gezichtsherkenning.
