Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents

• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP
• Reprint / Lost of NICOP

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in this update:

1. Implemented new mechanism for Fingerprint acquisition, thus enhancing smooth user experience.
2. Modification of identity document is now simple and quick.
3. Locate NADRA Offices and know their operating hours and other information from with in Pak Identity app
4. Integrated a simpler and more advanced help section through automated messaging.
5. Added new account verification mechanism through user’s video and photograph for POC holders.
6. Minor Bug fixes.

Pathetic app

What kind of an app is this? After scanning the fingers either the service is down or error no info.

It must have been some temporary service issues.
Services are in working condition, can please try again?

Horrible app

Stuck numerous times. Had to use web plus this app. Truly horrible
