Fantastic
I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Palgate and their support representative, Ahikam. I rely on Palgate for the access security of my business premises. When I encountered an issue setting up specific timers during the holiday season and my regular supplier was unavailable, Ahikam from the support team stepped in promptly to ensure the security of my outdoor area. Despite the holiday constraints, they ensured the gate remained closed, effectively safeguarding my premises. I am thoroughly impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. 5-star service!
