Great idea but can be improved

Nice collection of cool wallpapers, but one feature that would really make it stand out - access to iOS wallpaper settings. If you can automatically change the wallpaper when you download a collection or if there is a “collection of the month” for example type of thing where the wallpaper is dynamically updated would be better

Bad onboarding proces

I don’t like the onboarding of this app. The cookie wall that lets me know this is a webapp/container is a bummer. Had to check off multiple vendors before I could/wanted to proceed.

choosing the artists i like before hand without knowing them seems wrong. Just let me view wallpapers and decide later on who my favorite artists are.

Apps like backdrops that also have a paid tier are far less annoying.

Also, the free app feels like there is no benefit to it at all and its just there to push people (aggressively) to the paid version.

Also, browsing through the app makes everything feel like it costs money.

Why not just copy the good apps and make any pricing more decent.

There are great examples in the store already.

I’ll be uninstalling this and revisit it maybe next year.

Overhyped

This app is just nonsense, the amount of data gathered, ridiculous pricing, watch 2 ads to unlock a crappy low resolution wallpaper. The app looks good, but it needs to be way cheaper for people to use it.
