This app has some serious issues

They removed my ticket from my account when I made a renaming mistake. There is nobody to speak with. These are expensive tickets and it costs a lot to attend this event. Hey get some customer service because the app is atrocious.

Requires cookies to work - RIP privacy

After purchasing my tickets on the Paris 2024 official website, I was sent an email asking me to download this app to access my tickets. But the app doesn’t let you login if your browser’s privacy settings block third party cookies. Since it’s the only app available to access my tickets, I was expecting a bit more flexibility from the Olympic committee with regards to online privacy; it’s 2024 not everyone wants to be tracked and fed personalized ads online!

Where is the pulldown when you create an account?

When you transfer a ticket that person needs to make an account.
Do you realise that it takes ages to go back to a certain date of birth?
Try it yourself!!
Put in a pull-down menu so you van insert your date of birth easier.
