How does EasyPark work?
Download EasyPark to your mobile phone and register for free if you don’t have an account yet. Once you’ve parked your car, open the app, check the zone code based on your GPS location and press ‘Start’. Your parking session will be transmitted to parking enforcement officers based on your number plate, so you don’t need to worry about getting a ticket. An email, push, or SMS notification will help remind you about your active parking session. When you return to your vehicle, open the app and press ‘Stop’ to end the parking session. You can settle the parking costs on a monthly basis using a payment method of your choice.

Ideaal in gebruik. Zelden inlogproblemen. En zoals anderen al zeggen je voorkomt boetes.

Afmeldproblemen
Meestal goed, maar nu voor de 2de keer problemen met afmelden. Heb uiteindelijk gebeld en het telefonisch afgemeld (via een computer) maar kreeg daarna toch nog berichtje dat de tijd nog liep. Omdat de app vastgelopen was kon ik niets doen verder en iemand spreken gaat niet. Frustrerend!! En ben benieuwd naar de rekening!! Dit moet anders!

Oei, wat een vervelende situatie: excuses voor het ongemak! Wij hebben naast ons inbelsysteem (het nummer wat je hebt gebeld om af te melden) ook een telefonische klantenservice die 24/7 voor je klaar staat. Prima app, maar een verbetertip
Zeer tevreden, maar wat de app nog beter zou maken is een automatische waarschuwing als je met de auto weg rijdt terwijl de parkeersessie nog actief is. Het gebeurt me af en toe dat ik vergeet de sessie te stoppen...
