But my account is still restricted

Fraude corrupted Bank, thieves.

I inform you all, never join this Bank. Joined 8 months, they have a bad service, had over € 6k on my Paysera accounts and I was blocked on the app for over 4 months. I couldn’t reach my account by this app for many fishy reasons had to pay €1k to unblock it and still they found a reason to keep me blocked. And now closed my account and I lost all my money. Please be warned they steal your money, never join.

Hello, Thank you for informing us about your situation. We would urge you to contact our customer support team immediately as we do not offer any paid services for unblocking the account.
Normally, if your account is restricted, you would be required to provide additional documents but there are no fees to it. If it is fully blocked, your funds are transferred to the alternative bank account that you provide.
Due to the nature of your comment please contact our support team via support@paysera.com, provide all details of the account and fees you paid including the method of payment and the team will investigate this situation immediately.
