Elke keer als ik van alles om een foto heen wil weg gummen gaat dat niet en loopt die vast en zie ik niet dat er gegumt word.

Ouch! Nice app but the app prices an subscription models are insane. Even with 50% ‘discount’ you pay more in 2 months then the price of the first version! € 90 as a one time purchase? Not for me. Even with 50% off. And no garantee that will have years of app updates. I’ll stick with Enlight... for as long as that version will work.

Thanks for your feedback. We have been fully transparent here. Our previous one-time flat price was simply not sustainable. Developing and continuing to support an app costs a lot more than a one-time price of $4. It was either change our pricing model or go out of business, and we chose the latter. We have a lot of cool content, apps and plans for the future and we need to be around in order to make them happen. If the price isn't right for you, we still encourage to use the version that's totally free. Of course, Enlight is still supported!

Sure! Make sure you have allowed access to your Photos and Camera in your iOS Settings. Afterward, tap on the Photo Drawer (second icon from the top left) > Photos at the bottom of the screen > select any image from your Camera Roll. I had the paid Enlight app which I thought was great but used sporadically. The new app has received tons of negative reactions - not so much for the functionality, but because people like me are disgusted by the price hike. Not only will support for Enlight stop, but there is every appearance that the Enlight app is being sabotaged, forcing users to move to the new app. This app is so-called free. But having downloaded it you can’t actually do anything with it. I processed one photo, and went to export it, and was directly confronted with having to upgrade to the pro-version. In other words it is free in name only. That irritates me already, but when I look at the price for a one-time purchase, which is €74.99 I think that this is out of all proportion. I use the brilliant Pixelmator pro on the iMac, and that costs €43.99. Along with many others, I am happy to pay a reasonable price for an app. Enlight could do some things which I shall miss, but I shall not give in to what I see as extortion, and thus shall move on to another app.

Thanks for writing in and for your feedback. You don't have to pay to use Photoleap! The app is free to download and has many features you can use however you like and at no cost. There are also Pro features that require making a purchase, but that's completely optional. If you feel Pro isn't for you, stick to the free tools only and you will be able to save your Projects - for free!If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at photoleap.support@lightricks.com.
