Do you need to get somewhere right now? It couldn’t be simpler with PickMe.
1. Fire up the app and make sure your current location is correctly displayed as your pick up location.
2. Enter where you want to go and get a fare estimate.
3. Select what kind of vehicle (Tuk, Nano, Mini, Sedan, Van) you want for your ride. An estimated time of arrival is also displayed to help you decide which kind of vehicle can pick you up the soonest.
4. Double check your payment method. You have the option to pay with cash or credit card.
5. If you have a discount promo code (we love giving those out!), don’t forget to enter it.
6. Lastly, tap “Book Now” and let us work our magic to get you a ride. Once matched, you can track the driver in real time with the driver’s name, picture, vehicle type, and vehicle license plate number clearly displayed on the app to help you identify your driver.

Charge rate van be changed taxi driver

The reason for using the app is to prohibit that a taxi driver could ask dishonest fee’s the first time we used it and the taxidriver changed pick Up location and end location for 30 km more Travel.Taxidrivers can change pick Up point and end point to higher there fee. That should not be possible. After the transaction was ended I cant see my apply. That totale customer unfriendly!

The answer of the driver is that we ask for a detour of 30 km. Hé was also trying to sell in a unfriendly way different other things. And when we denied he Saïd that we had to cancel the other.

This app has to be a transparant app so you exactly know what you pay. But the respons of the builders is go to the authorities. Everybody knows that travellers dont go to a Police station for 3000 roepies to complain there, this takes a half day….

Always get cancelled after booking a ride. Impossible to get any rides

As mentioned by another Dutch person, no verification code is received. Also not after retry.
