Fouten sinds update
Sinds de update kan ik geen foto’s meer kiezen uit mijn filmrol. Dit kon eerder wel.
Als ik dit wil melden via het help centrum, krijg ik dat er iets is fout gegaan en kom ik niet verder.
Helaas! Ik was al jaren een tevreden gebruiker.

Hoi Jess, vervelend dat je deze problemen ervaart. Inmiddels hebben wij een update gereed staan die deze genoemde problemen oplost. Deze update zal deze week worden vrijgegeven in de Appstore. PYM support
Sinds recente update jammer
Ik ben al jaren een trouwe gebruiker van PYM en PYM+ waar ik twee foto’s per dag uit mijn camera rol van die dag kon uploaden. In dit geval gebruik ik het als album boeken voor mijn kinderen. Sinds de update kan ik nog maar één foto uploaden uit mijn album (ik deed één foto per kind per dag) dus nu vervalt heel het idee. Heb ik jaren met twee kinderen per dag en nu moet ik kiezen. Waarom? Heel jammer. Ik overweeg om ‘t nu op te zeggen.

Goed nieuws!. In de appstore vind je een update incl. de camerarol optie Wanneer je naar de appstore gaat, kun je deze laatste versie al direct downloaden, anders gebeurt dit automatisch in de komende dagen. Met groet, PYMteam
Verdwenen foto’s
Sinds de update zijn enkele recente foto’s (gemaakt na de update) bij mij verdwenen. Is dit een bekend probleem?

Bij ons geen bekend issue maar we gaan even kijken wat er bij jou aan de hand is.
Zou je ons een supportmailtje (support@pym.nl) kunnen sturen vanuit de app dan hebben wij alle relevante info. (via het menu-> naar ’feedback en support’ en dan het envelopje rechtsboven).
Je kunt deze meegestuurde info ook in de te versturen mail zien staan. Het gaat o.a. om de PYM-app versie, jouw type toestel en de IOS versie waar jouw telefoon opdraait.
