What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep

■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night.

■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Faster

I really like the idea, but using the app is way too slow. The animations are cute but when I have to see a menu animate on screen for the 100th time it gets tiring to use.

I was top slow roo read complete text so what was it?? (Good facts btw)

Letterlijk vermoeiend

Helaas niet leuk. Alleen vandaag al drie geprobeerd om slaaptijd te registreren maar het gaat weer niet. Het gaat überhaupt vaker niet als wel. Vannacht om ongeveer 00:10 uur de go plus + aangezet, en toen ik rond 06:00 opstond werd er aangegeven dat ik al twee x slaaptijd geregistreerd had… Uhm nee, dat was gisteren. Hoezo word na middernacht meegeteld voor de dag ervoor? Om middernacht begint letterlijk een nieuwe dag met nieuwe datum?! Te vaak word de hele slaapsessie verwijderd omdat het niet minstens 90 minuten zou zijn. Zo ook vanmorgen dus na 6 uur slapen.. Heb ‘m na zes uur al twee keer minimaal 90 minuten (nagenoeg twee uur) in de slaapstand gezet, in een stille omgeving, maar blijft aangeven dat het ofwel door lawaai, of wel door beweging (terwijl de go plus + stil ligt) er geen 90 minuten rust geweest is. Echt vermoeiend en niet leuk om te doen. Heel jammer.
