Conoce antes que nadie y en todo momento las novedades y cambios de última hora gracias a las notificaciones del servicio “push”.

Consulta los mapas con las localizaciones de los diferentes espacios.

No improvement from last year

No offline mode so if you have a weak connection you are out of luck. It should have data stored on the device and update when there is a connection

Ugly, hard to use, complicated.

The app is confusing and does not take the user’s context into consideration. It was confusing to use it and navigate while making sense of the huge lineup. The features are good as ideas, but their executions are painful. The design is irritatingly bland and makes me sad. The least I would expect is for the app to be aware of the time of the day, but no.

And don’t get me started on having a separate app to validate my ticket.

We were lucky that the festival was good and that’s what I will luckily remember.

Hire a designer or give them more power over next year’s edition, please.
