a good app to learn push ups

there are a couple things that i like about the app.
i like that you can select if you want to begin with counter, knee or regular pushups. so its good for people who start from the very beginning.

that you have good structure in the program, you start with a 5 min stretch (i hope that in the future there will be example stretches displayed, that would be super handy) then the reps are broken up in sets with a rest period between each set and after that a 5 min cooldown stretch(again it would be great to have some suggestions displayed for those who dont know how to stretch or what kind of stretched target the muscle group

Very limited

This is a very limited program for absolute beginners. The most you can do is 5 times 20 push ups in a day. That’s it. So 100 push-ups is not in the program.
