QR Journal allows users with an iSight (or iSight compatible) camera to read QR codes. Found a QR code in a magazine or catalog? Simply hold up to the iSight camera to scan, store and browse to URLs.
Other features include:

• AppleScript support to start scanning and trigger an AppleScript after a code has been scanned

Works but not user friendly.
Scanning from camera works fine and the import function works as well. The import screen supports cmd+v. This is convenient because there's no option to keep the app window on top. It lets you choose the camera you want to use.
Its a pity that the screen to read the results is small and hardly supports scrolling. You need to cmd+A, cmd+c and then paste it in a text editor to see larger output. Since its for free, I pardon the inability to deal with mecards properly. It is shown as plain text.
It works but its lacking user friendliness.

Kan de QR code van mijn camera wel lezen, maar de link niet openen. Jammer!
Does exactly what it's supposed to do
The QR-Journal app does exactly what you'd expect: show a QR code to the webcam and it'll read and decode it for you.
You can save the contents, copy them for use in another app or, if it's a link, choose to open the linked website.
Hassle free, does what it needs to.
