Not working 100% correct

Push notifications are not working as an action. This notification should have been sent to iphone. In log you can see continuous error. Also the rule thresholds are not captured. After saving these are updated again into initial value which is 10 seconds.

Updating is Russian Roulette, support worse I’ve seen in years

Beware! Don’t complain to much, if QNAP discovers your serialnumber of the machine they remotely let your NAS crash! Multiple time a week the QNAP freezes after complaining to support about instable QTS5. QNAP doesn’t like negative reviews and block the complete function of your system remotely. Don’t ever buy QNAP but go for the other Taiwan NAS manufacturer! My response to the reaction of QNAP: I had multiple requests and contact with support, there is not enough knowledge or motivation to help a customer. The support is just awful, also if I report a bug QNAP doesn’t see it like a bug but all the time I hear “report to R&D as an feature request”. Totally unprofessional! QNAP, after a awful contact with your support department and a lot more problems with QTS 5 I’m completely done with the hard- and software of your company. QNAP shows itself as a high quality company but in fact it’s cheap Chi…. Junk. After the update in December 2021 the app is total crap, instable, crashes, videofeed looks like looking photo’s…. Is this the “enterprise” software where QNAP stands for? The software and app’s with QNAP are written by kids, not professional programmers; they are a real joke. Fine program, QVR Pro, but when you update the app on the NAS, it’s always a big question if both work. Update both to latest version, still the iOS and Ubuntu app give a malfunction. You can’t use the client. Qnap advertise as enterprise, this is buggy, instable; and the worse part the support is un-professional, not knowing, like kindergarten. Qnap customers pay a lot of money for a NAS, 500 euro for a unlimited QVR Pro license and then this?! Shame on you.

In response to QNAP; please replace your “kindergarten support” for real IT professionals with knowledge. The hardware seems good but the software is one of the worse I’ve seen, and you, QNAP call yourself enterprise? LOL

Dear User, sorry for your inconvenience. Could you provide the case id that i can help you? If possible, could you please let me know what issues of the apps you encounter? For example, which feature do you have problem, single camera view/multi-channel view? What login method do you use, myQNAPcloud or home wifi? And what kind of problem, ex: after i click "XX" button, it crashes. Thanks a lot!
