Beschrijving

I have a Casio G-Series radio watch, but it is always unable to receive radio waves from time signal station, so I started to write an application to solve this problem.

After some research, I finally wrote this application, which can perfectly simulate the timing signal and happily calibrate the time.

Usage method:
1. Adjust the volume of iPhone / iPad to the maximum.
2. Switch the radio controlled watch / clock to manual wave receiving mode.
3. Click the "start" button.
4. Place the watch / clock near the iPhone / iPad speakers.
5. The synchronization process generally takes 3-10 minutes, please wait patiently.

Matters needing attention:
1. Please try to use the software in a quiet environment to avoid signal interference.
2. The volume of the mobile phone must be adjusted to the maximum. It's too small and the effect is not good.

Characteristic:
1. Supports simulation of all types of Time Wave Signal:
* China BPC
* USA WWVB
* Japan JJY40 / JJY60
* Germany DCF77
* British MSF
2. The unique "Beast Mode" provides higher frequency simulation signals and faster sync.

Fine for what it does

Nice app, however i purchased premium package and still got Japanese commercials in the app.

It only allows you to use it once!!

I used it once to sync a clock and was happy to review it with 5* as the clock locked in a signal and set the time; what I did not notice is that is actually copied the Japan time, so I’m not sure it was because the app or just simply it found somehow the Japan time beacon.
However, when I tried to use it the second time it would not let me use any function unless I paid for the pro version. I think this is against Apple’s app store policies; the app should maintain the basic functions and not be time-locked. There was no mention in the app description of a mandated trial…

Works! Nicely done!

I synced my Junghans Mega Solar to the Japanese time signal JJY 60 to test it, and the watch now reports that the last received signal was indeed JJY 60 so it works! Really cool! Device was an iPhone SE.

I don’t have much use for it because I can receive both the German and the UK signal where I live, and the Junghans app also works, but it’s good to see that this works as well, and can imitate different stations!

It would be nice to add an option to send a manually set time. This also allows easier checking to see if it indeed receives the time from the app.
