Raising Dog: Training & Tricks 4+

I bought the “Raising a Dog” book for €73,59 in February and just found out that since then they have charged my credit card 2x for an amount of €49,99. There’s no visibility of any subscription in the app, nor is there an option to cancel this subscription. You will find out after it’s too late and you have been charged already. This is a very sneaky way to scam people, because you think you are buying a book.

If you haven’t done so already, you can cancel the subscription directly through your App Store, if you purchased it through their platform. If the purchase was made on our website, please contact our support team at hello@raising.dog for assistance in canceling it.

I wasn’t aware of the subscription because it’s hidden. So I got charged 50 euro, after I received an email that the subscription was cancelled and they refused a refund even though they couldn’t provide proof of me agreeing to a subscription I got charged again through their mother company UAB medical score. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Even after cancellation they try to keep charging you.

I bought the book in March which is nice, but the company keeps withdrawing money randomly from my account 3 month later. How is this possible??

The app comes with a 3-month auto-renewing subscription which would be the cause of these charges. If you no longer wish to continue with the subscription, it can be easily canceled depending on where you made the purchase:
- If you purchased the subscription on our website, you can cancel it by contacting our support team at hello@raising.dog.
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can cancel through your Apple or Google account.
