App crashes when downloading data
App gives nice overview of energy use and production of solar energy. However, when using the download button, the app crashes 4 out of 5 times. When it does work I can dowwnload a few days of data before it crashes again (if you want the detailed data downloaded you can only do that one day at a time !!, also point for improvement). The sales person told me this is a problem for the Apple app specifically. It crashes both on my iphone and ipad.
They don’t tell you that when investing considerably in the RCT solar equipment ! Please fix this annoying bug, it makes the user experience poor.
