Description
With the ReadID NFC app you can read the NFC chip that is in your passport or identity card, using the NFC capability of your iPhone (iPhone 7 or later).
This app is based on ReadID, a mobile identity document verification technology. It can read and verify the authenticity of identity documents that have a chip, which includes most passports and many identity cards. Before being able to read the chip, the app first needs to scan the so-called Machine Readable Zone of the identity document since this contains the password needed to get access to the chip.
This app works client-only, meaning that the personal data from your identity document does not leave your phone.

Handige app
Werkt goed met de iPhone 8. Leuk om te zien wat er in de chip staat en de cert chain. Wel lukt het lezen van de NFC niet altijd in één keer maar dat kan ook aan de ID kaart liggen, want met Apple Pay gaat het wel altijd goed.

Bedankt voor de review. Als het uitlezen niet in 1 keer lukt kan het ook eraan liggen dat je de ID kaart net iets anders tegen de telefoon moet houden, de animatie helpt je met hoe. Ook stilhouden helpt.^MW
