Unintuitive design
Very unintuitive and frustrating design. A six year old could have done a better job
Cumbersome and not user friendly
If for any reason the app cannot contact the server, you are put in the circular train mode without the possibility to go to any off line option until the app gives up its attempts to contact the server. That can take several minutes useless waiting and getting frustrated.
Tickets of old journeys appear to be stored forever and pop up again at random occasions. There does not seem to be any option to get rid of them definitive.
Not very good, not very stable
At times the app just doesn’t work. At all. Quite annoying if one wishes to travel by train. Also, you can’t edit your own (!) personal information -which is really something that should be possible; hello GDPR - nor can you delete an account (by yourself). The list goes on, but yeah.. 1 star.
