Description
The ReSound Smart™ app is compatible with the following hearing aids:
• ReSound LiNX2™
• ReSound LiNX™
• ReSound LiNX TS™
• ReSound ENZO2™
• ReSound ENZO™
• ReSound UpSmart™
The ReSound Smart app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
Notes: Please contact your local ReSound representative for product and feature availability in your market. We recommend that the hearing aids run the latest software version. If in doubt, please contact your hearing care professional.

Use the ReSound Smart app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired ReSound streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Loose connection
Used the application for four years, since the previous update it regularly lost the connection with the hearing aid, after last update this happened more frequently, every day connection needs to be recreated

Hey keesea, thankyou for this feedback. Please ensure you are using the latest iOS. Following this, please perform a quick clean of your iOS device. Take ALL steps in order, even if you’ve done before:
1) delete app, 2) unpair hearing aids under Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > ‘forget this device’, 3) turn phone off/on, 4) install ‘new’ app, 5) re-pair hearing aids under Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices, 6) Open app and follow instructions to complete connection.

ios 15.4 gisteren op mijn iphone 6s geïnstalleerd. De app kan mijn hoortoestellen niet meer vinden. Wel verbonden met de iphone. De ontwikkelaar heeft gereageerd en mij instructie gegeven en dat heeft prima geholpen:
. Voer een snelle reiniging van uw iOS-apparaat uit. Voer ALLE stappen in de juiste volgorde uit, zelfs als je het al eerder hebt gedaan: 1) app verwijderen, 2) hoortoestellen ontkoppelen onder Instellingen > Toegankelijkheid > Hoortoestellen > 'vergeet dit apparaat', 3) telefoon aan/uitzetten, 4) 'nieuwe' app installeren, 5) hoortoestellen opnieuw koppelen onder Instellingen > Toegankelijkheid > Hoortoestellen, 6) Open de app en volg de instructies om de verbinding te voltooien.
