Very bad!

Ik had dit spel gekocht en na een x aantal keren uit spelen moet je het opnieuw kopen? Ik dacht het niet! Jullie moeten gewoon zorgen dat ik dit onbeperkt kan spelen zonder dat ik eerst weer met jullie contact moet opnemen! Fix het gewoon! Dus mensen: NOOIT KOPEN!!!

Horrible customer service

After purchasing this game year’s ago, the games states I have to buy it again. The developer asks to leave a restore request at the Qumaron site (strange that older customers do not actively get any heads up), but my request just gets closed without assigned or answered… horrible service!

Buy again?

Over the years I bought all the roads of Rome games. Now I have to pay again. Very disappointed. Love the game but not the service.
