Really useful app! I’ve been using it for two years now and it has made looking for boulders much more easy.

after recent update, the whole app feels very chaotic and unorganised. i cant find my bookmarks, that you used to have before, map navigation looks very confused, and you cant copy the address of crag. overall this update didnt bring anything new that this app was already giving, and i was really enjoying previous version 😔

As only very few areas are listed in the app a search on a area works better than this app. Then when luckily found an area it doesn’t have a full topo of the area making routefinding complicated or even impossible. Better just buy the local guidebook and thereby sponsor the local crag development.

Hi! Currently the Premium topo coverage in Europe is very good, but naturally some areas might be still missing. But new topos are published every day! 🙌 If you encountered incomplete topo, it sounds like a free topo? These are not quality controlled and might be missing a lot of information. Premium topos are made by local climbers who get 50% of the income, so Premium definitely supports local development. :) I hope this information clarified things, and we're happy to help via support@27crags.com if you have more questions!

A lot of disappointments

After paying I felt a lot of unnecessary disappointments. I saved Topos offline because in the woods of Fontainebleau the internet isn’t good. But without a fast internet connection the app won’t load so this was pretty useless. I found out that in airplane mode it started well so I used that instead. When we finished a route I wanted to mark it as done but then I needed an internet connection again. Very inconvenient and not worth the subscription money. Switching back to the books.

Hi! Thank you for the feedback and we're terribly sorry about your bad experience. Sometimes with the slow internet connection the app tries to connect even when the topos are loaded offline, which might make it a bit slow. As you noticed a good way to solve this is by using the airplane mode. When it comes to ticking routes offline, unfortunately this is not yet possible with iOS app. Our small team is working as hard as we can to get this fixed ASAP! Again, we're really sorry about this and we hope you can bear with us until it's solved. 🙏
