I have tried many different work-out apps, but none of them embodied the many elements found in abundance in this app: It’s fast, simple in design and usage and takes away the complexity of working-out. It’s not program based, but rather focuses on developing and nurturing long lasting habits. If thats something you resonate with this app is for you. —— Here are some ideas that I think would be great to have. 1. The video and the description of the exercise in one screen, rather than having the video pop out in full screen, which covers the description that always includes such great pointers for doing the exercise. 2. Having the video on a loop where the movement is on repeat would make it so much easier for newbies to follow along when becoming familiar with a new movement.
