Krijg geen e-mail om paswoord te resetten

Hi, ik ben al een week bezig in te loggen maar helaas lukt het niet, ik weet wel mijn user name maar password weet ik niet meer en druk steeds op vergeten paswoord vul user name of e-mailadres en verzend maar zeker al meer dan 40 keer geprobeerd en krijg geen e-mail terug, zouden jullie willen kijken aub kan zo mijn reiskosten niet terugkrijgen bedankt

Issuing tickets on time

On 14th of Feb I booked a trip (round way) from Amsterdam to Geneva for 5th of March and the return flight for 7th of March. I received the booking confirmation email in which it was mentioned that on 3rd of March my tickets will be issued.
I arrived at Amsterdam airport on the 5th of March to discover that there was no tickets issued on my name. The explanation I got from the Amex Travel desk in The Netherlands was that the reservation was canceled because there were no more seats in the flight from AMs to Geneva at 12:25 (the one I booked). The return ticket, however, was OK. So I asked what happened, why was not the ticket paired and issued on time for the flight? I have been told that because the booking was not done correctly in Concur because the company code was missing.
If this is true could you please investigate? How come that the return ticket was OK since it was part of the same reservation that Amex Travel Desk is saying it was not done correctly?
On a different note, why are we requesting flight tickets at least 2 weeks in advance if the tickets are actually issued only 48 hours in advance? What is the JTI guarantee that the tickets will not be sold out 48 hours prior to the flight? - as it happened in my case.
Please let me know, how was to blame for the fact that I did not have a ticket issued in the morning of the actual flight? I had to stay 6 hours extra in the airport for the next flight and miss half of my day. On top, buying a ticket a few hours before the flight might be very expensive for JTI.
Please try to formulate an answer to my complaint by talking as well with Amex Travel Desk to understand what wacky happened.
