Using Scan2Lead exhibitors can:

By pressing just one button you can easily scan a visitor badge and retrieve immediately all of the registered information. Within seconds you can additionally record their special in a lead form. All visitor information scanned by your stand personnel can also be accessed in your personal Scan2Lead Web Portal. All data can be exported into your CRM or campaign systems. With Scan2Lead you can avoid error-prone and time-consuming manual type-in of your visitor's business cards and handwritten lead forms. You can choose from various Scan2Lead products to combine your individual solution which will perfectly fit your needs.

Very unprofessional app
We try to use this app and service at Interpack 2017 and it is a big disaster :
* telephone numbers of the contacts are not imported, although they are in the system somewhere. When you want to modify the phone number, you get a blank field. BUT...in the background the phone is calling that number. Very stupid and also very costly.
* same with email. If you want to modify the email address the app opens mail and you get the message: "do you want to unsubscribe from this mailing list?" and the app crashes. Need to close it completely and reopen it again.
* scanning a business card is dramatic. The OCR is the worst I have seen ever. It can not read any text, so all the scans are useless. Or you print the picture of the business card and type it all over manually.
So what is the purpose of this app? To generate leads at a show, fast and solid.
You rather use a notebook, pen and a stapler like we did in the 80's.
