App works great however

The app works great, however I purchased the one year premium pass and now after 6 months it suddenly says I have to renew the subscription for another year?! I’m not sure what is going wrong and if it means I will be charged double even though I already paid until October 2020. I couldn’t find a place to resolve the issue online so that’s why I’m reaching out here. If resolved my 4 star review will stand and all is good as it was! Please help me figure this out!
