عزيزي العميل، نعتذر من حضرتك عن عدم توفر تطبيق SHAHID بشكل مباشر على Apple TV، حيث أنه يمكنك الاستمتاع بمحتوى SHAHID على أجهزة تلفاز Samsung الذكية وبعض من أجهزة تلفاز LG و Toshiba و Hisense.

لكن يمكنك بث أي محتوى خاص ب SHAHID بتوصيله بـ Apple TV باتباع الخطوات التالية:
1- إذا كان لديك Apple TV بالقرب منك متصل على نفس شبكة الواي فاي التي يتصل بها جهازك ، عندها ستتمكن من رؤية أيقونة Airplay داخل المشغل
2- اضغط على أيقونة Airplay داخل المشغل والمتواجدة في أعلى الزاوية اليمنى

ملاحظة: لا تستخدم ميزة الشاشة المنعكسة (Mirroring) للجهاز لأنها لن تعمل معك كما هو متوقع.

Since yesterday I couldn’t open the shahid app on my iPhone and couldn’t load it on my Samsung tv even though I had no problem for the past 3-5 months. Even if I try logging into my account on your website it doesn’t work?? Please fix this
