Does not work with multiple shops

2023: still not fixed.

Second review 2022 : still not fixed

First review in 2021
If you have multiple stores, this app is useless as you cannot switch between them, and you only receive notifications of the the one you are logged into. I have 4 stores and miss continuously messages of my other 3 stores. I did not expect such lame follow up by shopify on such an important feature comment I made numerous times.

Absolutely helps customers communicate

Just be warned that if you are a small company it becomes one more channel of communication to manage and the expectations of a quick reply. I can quickly become overwhelming if you are a one person business.
