INFO ON USING THE APP AND SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

The download and limited usage of ShotVision is free of charge. Get access to all your data and unlock all features with the Pro Subscription available in the app. If you decide to subscribe to the Pro Annual plan you will receive a 7-day free trial, after which you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. The Pro Monthly plan does not include a free trial period. The subscription automatically renews if it is not canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing subscription. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.

Former Pro Account simply discontinued?

Not customer oriented….really!
My Pro account has been discontinued just like that….data gone 🤔….but I can enroll again at a significant upmark. Great….really

Need the old app

This app is worse then the old one and the old one was free to use now I have to pay €12 a month for a monitor that is of bij 20 to 50 meters club head speed is wrong before the update it worked really good and it was of 5 to 10 meters set up wise it has improved and I like the new view of the app but performance wise it is really bad now

Hi Stiën, thanks for taking the time to write a review and we're bummed that you didn't have a great experience with the new app but we would love to figure this out with you. ShotVision 2.0 is a big step up in accuracy and consistency over the older version. This has been proven over many hours of testing over the last 12 months and compared to industry standard measurements. We unfortunately don't have enough info from you review, but we would love to know which iPhone you are using and in what condition (was it outdoor, indoor or the new flicker mode?) and then the last question is whether you used the folded golf towel under your tripod as illustrated in the video and slides?
