All training is online and suitable for any level of experience. Additionally, all programs have guided videos where I will accompany you from beginning to end.

With your subscription, you will have access to all programs. Each one has a different approach to help you achieve your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.

Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Some features do not work properly

I don’t find a way to sync what daily activity i.e steps, separate workouts to the app it only works with the calories and the wo in the app, if I do something else outside of the app I am not able to track it. Most of the fitness apps seems to have that sort of feature but not this one.

Presenta varias fallas

Cuando entre a la cuenta después de haber pagado la membresia toda la información que había ingresado se había guardado junto con mi el pago que babi hecho de alguna manera no reconoce mi correo, además te enviar constantemente notificaciones de lives que al momento de revisarlos para desactivar la llegada de tantos no me direcciona a la caja de mensajes. Bastante molesto.
