Remote troubleshooting : Experts provide work instructions and technical advice to field workers remotely using RCS. Real-time video conferencing allows you to efficiently resolve field issues, to reduce downtime, and to minimize the need for operator travel.
Workflow function : RCS allows you to effectively perform remote inspections and audits. Work instructions registered by managers are assigned to workers through RCS and then workers follow the workflow to perform tasks and automatically report them.
Automatic translation function: RCS provides multilingual chat functions, including Korean, English, traditional Chinese, simplified Chisnese, Vietnamese. It translates real-time chat to your language to maximize collaboration efficiency in a global environment.
AR Annotation Features: RCS video conferencing allows AR annotations to be drawn on the operator's screen in real time. Through AR- based marking, workers in remote meetings are provided with a differentiated communication experience.
