Keeps shutting down.

The game looks great to me, but it keeps crashing... at the beginning but most of the time when I get the key for the shop and then I go to the shop as been told, but then when i click on the box the game ends its self. Over and over again. Can not get any further. I play on a ipad and would love to play this game. Then more stars ofcourse. Now 2 stars because of crashing.
