I can not see my account balance

When I loaded my mobile number with 200 PH I got the sms of it. However only 170 on the balance if I call *123#
If I like to see it then it will inform me that I have 0 balance.
I getting points what is also given when I buy

But no account balance

Yesterday I was sending 150 PH
I am still waiting for the balance to come to me.

Many problems with SMART

I hope that it will be fixed

No way to track you actions at this moment

5G unli is a scam

I’m always required to buy back up data.
So instead of 599 I have to pay 1198 because it won’t work for quite a big part of the time.

Cant login

I registered my number and i cannot log in keeps on saying i need to register. Even if i do forgot password and change it im unable to log in.

Apologies for the inconvenience, DarrylManG. A newer version was released to fix it. Kindly clear your PlayStore app's cache 1. Go to Settings 2. Apps Menu 3. Click Installed Applications 4. Find the Google PlayStore App 5. Move to Storage Tab 6. Hit Clear App Cache. Take note that the GigaLife version in PlayStore is 2.19.0. Thank you. - Jess.
