Great app!

Great app whenever you need to rent a car! Easy and convenient

Slow verification process and very buggy support chat

Been over three days waiting for verification for my license which got rejected then I had to upload via support and still waiting. Their instructions are not clear for IDP. Anyways, what I’m complaining about is the support chat is so buggy. The support agent replies very late, the app doesn’t notify at all of any message. I only see that the support agent asked a few questions but through an email that says you have few unread messages. This email arrives an hour later. The chat has already closed so it doesn’t allow you to continue the same topic. I don’t know why support agents ask me for information that should already be provided by my account in the chat. I hope they change this live chat app provider. I’ve been using socar for 2 years, never had issues like this before.
