Fronius Solar.SOS is a self-service solution for all technical queries. This is a business application that installers can use to initiate the service process online directly at the system location - quite simply with the serial number of the inverter or a state code.
In the space of a few clicks, Solar.SOS supports installers with troubleshooting and ordering replacement parts. The big advantage is that with this app installers can resolve technical problems themselves at any time.
