Somfy alarms and cameras
- Easily install and configure Somfy alarms and cameras (Home Alarm, Somfy One+, Indoor and Outdoor Camera)
- Activate and deactivate the alarm, motion detection or night mode
- Get notified in case of an alert and access your cameras to keep an eye on your home
- Check the history of past events and download them to your smartphone
- Receive smart notifications that remind you to activate the alarm when you leave the house and inform you when your children come home from school (kids function)
- Set up your cameras by adjusting motion sensitivity and detection areas (compatible with your pets)
- Build a community of trust and add family members and loved ones to your setup
- Use voice assistants to control your devices (compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa)
Somfy's connected videophones [2023 - Only available in France]
- Easily install your connected videophone or connect your videophone using your connectivity module
- Receive a notification with the visitor's photo as soon as they ring your doorbell, for immediate recognition
- Chat in real time with your visitor: communication comparable to a phone call vs. alternating communication like a walkie-talkie
- Open your door and/or gate remotely with a simple click
- Make it easier for them to access your home by disabling your alarm and keep an eye on them by activating your outdoor camera
- Check the history of your visits & videos of missed events.
- Launch up to 2 pre-recorded TaHoma scenarios directly from the Somfy Protect app (requires a TaHoma premium or switch box)

Goede duidelijke app, sinds update werken notifications niet meer
Ik vind het een fijne app en een goed alarmsysteem, helaas dekking blijft wat krap in m’n huis (denk door alle isolatie en ondervloeren laminaat..?)
Maar sinds de laatste update van zo’n twee weken geleden werken de notificaties niet meer. Hierdoor vergeet ik vaak het alarm erop te zetten en zie niet meer als anderen het alarm eraf halen. Dit geeft een stuk minder goed gevoel.. Komt hiervoor weer snel een update om dit te fixen?

Deze bug is te verhelpen door de app te verwijderen en deze opnieuw te installeren. Dan worden de notificaties weer goed ontvangen.
Je verliest geen instellingen door dit te doen.

Apple watch app werkt niet meer
Sinds de laatste update’s werkt de app niet meer op de Apple Watch. Eerst werkte de app nog wel maar was het icoontje op de wijzerplaat verdwenen. Maar na de laatste update van 29-03-24 werkt de app helemaal niet neer op de Appje Watch. Hij blijft maar zeggen dat ik niet ingelogd ben terwijl dat wel zo is ??? Op de telefoon is wel alles gewoon te bedienen.

App lijkt niet meer te werken
Ligt het aan mijn systeem, of hebben meer mensen hier last van? Het systeem werkt, alleen in en uit schakelen van het alarm via de app gaat niet meer. De app zegt dat communicate niet mogelijk is. Via de badge werkt het gewoon.
