Works well, but cannot play in the background
I use this app to read a book. That works well. Nice table of contents, good quality audio, good user experience.
The challenge is that the app stops playing the audio once the phone is locked or the app is switched. In other words, it cannot work in the background. This reminds me of the iPhone in the old days. Apple has allowed background audio for a long time. Please implement that.
Don’t pay
Yesterday I bought a course and it didn’t load. I emailed to the customer service and they told me that they are experiencing technical difficulties so I should wait and try again later. How much later I should try? It has been almost 24 hours that I couldn’t get anything. Their system is not working and I have emailed 5-6 times and I’ve never heard from them again. I checked the spam folder several times and nothing there as well. They keep advertising and charging from people but they have no shame in talking about technical difficulties. I have never seen such a poor quality of work in my life. I think this website and app should be investigated.
