Neuro app not working

Bougt the SA C4, but the app is not working properly o iphone 14 after the latest update, just very crappy!!! It’s quite an expensive pedal, fix the app please, as I can’t download new presets from the community, if this is not fixed I will sell the pedal and SA just lost a customer and a fan!

C4 pan processor indication bug?

Just updated the app to Neuro 3 (25.06.24) For the C4, the processor pan indication is wrong to my understanding. When changing from 0 to 100 (which is weird by itself, would it be better to have “processor 1 - both- processor 2?) it displays the similar level on both processor while one of them should work opposite to another, isn’t this the meaning of the processor panning? In the “effect /filter” tab, it shows the levels adequately, though.
