Audio input may be acquired via the built-in microphone or an external measurement microphone. For best results we recommend using a calibrated measurement microphone connected via USB audio interface or iPhone dock connector. This allows for high precision and flat frequency response, as well as for stereo input.

This is definitely one of the best audio and sound analyser apps available yet (I've downloaded and tested several similar apps).
Works very well, the measurements are accurate and reliable. The nice looking UI is intuitive to use.
Very nice, but...
Love this app. Looks good, and is fast. But... unfortunately it only works on microphone input. Why not allow other audio sources (iTunes, for example) so we can analyze that great mix? And audiobus support, perhaps?
