Description

ssswitch let’s you send simple HTTP requests or webhooks over the Internet, to trigger actions e.g. in your home.

The advantage compared to native apps from the manufacturer is, that ssswitch is independent for any standard the manufacturer may use, as long as the system accepts HTPP requests.

Another feature is, that you can easily transfer the created actions to other iOS devices, so e.g. your whole family can use your devices very easily.

I hope you enjoy the app and the functionality. If so, please rate it in the App Store.

Seems nice, but how to use it

This app appeared nice for directly changing settings on my Hue Bridge. Nice interface, simple buttons for activating the http requests, BUT it is fully unclear how to add an http body to a PUT request. I’ve tried many things, but I cannot find the way to add a JSON body to a PUT request. Without that working, the app is worthless.

Great for Tasmota devices.

Got a couple of Sonoff wifi switches, flashed with Tasmota. This app is a great way to use the switches without Home assistant or similar app.
