I like it, and you'r disturbing my workout.
Meer workouts verwacht.
Hoofdlijn is zelf een workout samenstellen.
Ik ben opzoek naar kant en klare lessen.
Wat ik wel erg goed vind is dat een heel groot deel van de Kettlebell oefeningen heel overzichtelijk apart van elkaar bekeken kan worden.
Maar of dit nu alles 6 euro waard is...... wel als er meerdere lessen / workouts in de app zitten.

Eindelijk een app die ik al een paar jaar volhoud. Lekker om te kunnen variëren en een eigen programma's samen te kunnen stellen. Goeie motivatie
